He or she acts as a systems specialist under the responsibility of the Head of Infrastructure and a delivery manager when activities are in project mode. He or she develops and implements policies and procedures in order to deploy solutions, perform migrations and manage daily operations while ensuring that an optimal level of performance is maintained and that the components of the technology he or she represents evolve. He or she is constantly monitoring technology and is called upon to participate in the research and development of new infrastructures.
