The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:* Leading all construction activities on job sites* Organising and coordinating subcontractors and all associated reports* Reviewing labour requirements and managing team member work hours* Delivering projects according to established schedules, safety requirements and budgets* Coordinating all relevant inspections* Creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (owners, suppliers, subcontractors)* Creating progress reports throughout the project for key stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
