We’re proud to be Canada’s leading provider of broadband network and communication services for businesses and governments. The Business Intelligence/Business Performance Optimization team resides within Bell Business Markets and is responsible for developing, maintaining and using data to drive insights on customer experience and optimization of our back office. The team consists of data analysts for analyzing data, capacity planning management for sourcing and maintaining data, programmers for building dashboards and data scientists for building machine learning models. Our team partners closely with other business intelligence teams within the company and supports primarily our operational teams with impactful insights that help us continue to transform the business. Leading a team of Workforce Management analysts, you will be accountable for long term capacity planning decisions as well as for leading our call and task placement strategy. This is a great opportunity for a transformational leader passionate about enhancing the customer experience while optimizing resource allocations. The successful candidate will assume an influential senior leadership position in the team, and have the opportunity to work closely with partners in Operations, Design & Delivery, Workforce Management, Recruitment, Training & Onboarding, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence as well as our key partners across Sales Marketing and call centre partners. Job Duties/Accountabilities:Drive decision-making processes on resource planning for internal and external teams supporting Bell Business Market customersIdentify areas of opportunities on resourcing and demonstrate to business partners how these can improve our customer service imperativesTake an active role in the deep diagnostics of existing Long Term Planning processes and the design of future data models to forecasts workload and resource requirements including the development machine learning capacitiesPrimary support operational teams in order to continue ongoing business transformation and optimizationCollaborate with other Transformational Project teams to assess impacts of cross-functional initiatives on customer service objectives and resourcesLeverage insights and opportunities from data and metrics to build strategies and make recommendationsInfluence and collaborate with our strategic Partners and Vendors to deliver resultsFoster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration between the different teams involved with decision planning Critical Qualifications / Competencies:Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in a Senior Data Science/Manager role.A Bachelor in mathematics, engineering, data science, analytics, artificial intelligence etc. Strategic thinker with ability to quickly identify and understand issues and opportunities in an environment that is highly dynamic and competitiveStrong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills in order to see beyond the symptoms of a business issue, and apply data analytics to create solutions in a logical and effective mannerProven track record in the successful management of a team; recognized leader with clear track record of using teamwork to create competitive advantageSuperior interpersonal, listening and business relationship skills in order to cultivate and sustain strategic relationships within the organization and understand developing areas of need and opportunityProven leadership skills, influencing others with the ability to get things done; comfortable in complex, fast-paced, matrix environmentVery strong communicator; able to deal with multiple levels in the organization, including team members, vendors, and adapt communication style as needed for the audience Preferred Qualifications/Competencies: Master degree in mathematics, engineering, data science, analytics, artificial intelligence etc. Knowledge of Bell Business Market environment and project delivery processes is an assetDemonstrated experience in enhancing productivity and optimizing resource forecastingSolid business acumen and knows how to quickly understand the organization’s key drivers to success and make appropriate decisions in required time frames #Talent #Indeed #Tech #Technology #DataAnalyst #Manager #Management #LI-Hybrid #Analytics #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #Data #Leadership #LI-MS2#EmployeeReferralProgram   Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.  Additional Information:Position Type: Management Job Status: Regular – Full Time Job Location: Canada : Quebec : Verdun || Canada : Ontario : Don Mills || Canada : Ontario : Mississauga || Canada : Ontario : Toronto || Canada : Quebec : Dorval || Canada : Quebec : Montreal Flexible work profile: MobileApplication Deadline: 10/02/2022
