We are currently seeking a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant who will share our drive to continually find the best qualified person for the best job.Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of the Staffing Office, your key responsibilities as a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant will include:Act as the ‘single point of contact’ for a group of hiring managers, business unit leaders, sales representatives and clientsDevelop long-lasting relationships with clients and be able to grasp a full picture of each and every requirement of the client and transform this to satisfy the needs of candidatesDrive the execution of the recruitment lifecycle, including, but not limited to, creating job postings, sourcing candidates, pre-screening resumes, phone screen candidates and making recommendations to hiring managers, practice leaders and clientWork closely with Bell’s group of staffing vendors and maintain excellent working relationshipsMaintain your network of contacts in order to attract top talentMaintain metrics on close ratiosBe comfortable to attend senior leadership meetings to provide statusEffectively utilize Bell’s Vendor Management System and partners when necessary As a successful candidate, you will:Be a “Career Recruiter” and be a recognized leader in the field of RecruitingHave acted as a 360 recruiter selling to clients and delivering perfect match candidatesHave built a large network of qualified, top-notch IT contractors/candidatesThrive in a rapidly growing organization and be eager to contribute to new programs, procedures, ideas and practices, while adopting those already establishedDemonstrate autonomy and sense of initiativeHave experience in developing, implementing and project managing new recruitment practices and projectsHave extensive experience in both public (municipal, provincial or federal) and private industry recruitment best practices (knowledge of financial industry is a plus)Will be a forward thinker and will be well versed in the newest and most progressive ways of sourcing candidatesWill be well-versed in social networking toolsAlthough previous recruitment experience is essential, it will be your ease of forming new relationships, handling competing priorities and understanding how to source an of technical requirements that will be a key success factor in this role.You bring experience recruiting for both public and private sector clients, a knowledge of Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and recruiting against RFP requirements, an excellent negotiation skills combined with experience in negotiating contractor rates.  #LI-PA1#talent Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.  Additional Information:Position Type: Management Job Status: Regular – Full Time Job Location: Canada : Ontario : Ottawa || Canada : Quebec : Gatineau Flexible work profile: MobileApplication Deadline: 05/09/2022
