If you’re interested, don’t wait—call us today.Your responsibilitiesAdministration of pre and post payroll reporting requirementsPrepare biweekly GL files and compete associated reconciliationsUpload Time and Attendance files (through UKG Pro), capture the changes and audit prior to processing payrollUpload and maintain all other pre-processing files such as bonuses, commissions, employee loans, vacationSet up garnishes, remittances and check requisitionAssist with biweekly payroll including preparing and processing end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for all stores/branches/corporate office as assigned; calculate changes, balance and post-verify payrollOversee the payroll shared mailbox and respond to inquiries within pre-defined SLAsMaintain strict adherence to payroll processes, to ensure ongoing certification of internal controls including but not limited to preparation and distribution of key reports for approval, exercising diligence around approvals etc.Keeps abreast of current government legislationCommunicate with employees on a timely basis regarding any items which may impact their payPrepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrityAdvanced skill using Microsoft Excel, specifically the ability to effectively organize and consolidate data, leverage formulas, and utilize pivot tablesMinimum 2 years’ experience in processing full cycle payroll is preferredPrevious experience on UKG Pro/Ultipro is an assetPost-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or Commerce is idealExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsHigh level of customer serviceMust possess excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skillsStrong attention to detailAble to work in a team environment, and work well under pressure and strict deadlinesRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
