He or she works closely with cross-functional teams across the organization like Sales, MarCom teams and relevant business units to grow our prospects and clients globally, by supporting marketing campaigns to drive leads and conversions via the most efficient channels.He or she ensures the development of BDC’s demand generation and the monitoring of performance in alignment with BDC’s business strategy and corporate objectives.CHALLENGES TO BE MET Manage and be accountable for global MarCom demand generation objectives and key performance indicatorsEnsure funnel reporting is optimized and aligned with lead generation and conversion objectivesSupport BDC sales pipeline growth and quality by designing and implementing successful programs, processes and testing practices to improve ongoing and punctual campaigns performance.Play a transversal lead role to align efforts of all Marcom teams regarding demand generation, lead generation and funnel conversion leveraging agile and continuous improvement best practices, when applicable.Manage relationship with lines of businesses regarding leads and transactions generated by leads.Develop and evolve BDC’s content measurement to ensure we meet business objectives and strengthen BDC’s position as a national center of expertise in entrepreneurship.Monitor and analyze the performance of BDC’s content with monthly dashboards that track actionable KPIs and provide insights on which topics and formats are most effective to drive leads and business opportunities.Actively participate in monthly/weekly editorial planning meetings, guide and make recommendations to the editorial team on relevant pieces of content that generate maximum engagement with targeted audiences.Maximize usage of current MarTech platforms and identify opportunities to proactively test new tools or new formats to improve and amplify impact of BDC’s content on all digital/mobile channels through automation and personalization.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Excellent demand generation and management skillsStrong influencing and negotiation skillsExcellent understanding of the ever-changing digital marketing landscapeStrong ability to build and manage a multi-disciplinary team in a dynamic and collaborative agile environment.Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with partners, business units and stakeholders to achieve common goalsGood time management, organizational and planning skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProactive, determined and results-oriented individualTeam player, customer service oriented and problem solving skillsBilingualism (English and French)With us, you’ll be able to achieve the work/life balance you’re looking for, with competitive working conditions and above-market flexible benefits. This includes modern workspaces to work from when you are in our offices, and, for some specific positions, the ability to work remotely, on reserve, and/or within your community.While we appreciate all applications, we advise that only the candidates selected to participate in the recruitment process will be contacted.
