Our client, located in the Richmond Hill, On area, is looking to add an Insurance Service Administrator to their team on a permanent full-time hybrid basis. In this Administrative role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties to support the organization’s clients. Provide your expertise to help the organization grow! In this role, you will assist with maintain the overall amazing client experience. You will oversee the processing of insurance claims, audit requests, completing all necessary documentation and more! If you are looking to gain experience within the insurance industry, then this exciting new opportunity is for you! What you get to do every day- Diligently review all documents and financial statements for completion and accuracy, conducting all necessary follow up with clients and brokers when required- Accurately enter all data into accounting system for documentation and processing purposes- Provide exemplary client support by answer all client inquiries or referring clients to the appropriate advisor- Assist with client and insurance brokers with audit requests- Complete all other administrative tasks- Post Secondary Degree or Diploma- 2+ years administrative or customer service experience, preferably within financial services or Insurance- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word Office, specifically Word and Excel- Ability to work independently without supervision- Passion for customer service and insurance!- Analytical and solutions-driven mindset- Excellent communication skillsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
