Our Client is currently seeking an Instrumentation Engineer. Type: Contract – 1 year termJob Summary:This position will be accountable for providing technical support to production and maintenance teams to resolve instrumentation issues in addition to providing assurance of the operating instrumentation in their assigned areas. Key Accountabilities:Provide instrumentation scopes.Resolution of mid to long term instrumentation issues.Proactive technical monitoring and providing technical advice.Troubleshooting maintenance advice including start up assistance as required.Problem solving skills including the ability to integrate detailed instrument failure analysis would be an asset.Qualifications:8-10 years of instrument engineering experience preferably in the petrochemical industry.Registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
