Fraser Health is experiencing unprecedented growth and now you can be a part of a busy and exciting team.Build on your career experience by:Collaborating with operational and clinical leaders to provide leadership and expertisePlanning and implementing initiatives for policy and process development, education and implementationLeading culture change initiatives designed to improve quality of care, service utilization, safety, and risk reductionReviewing and resolving impact assessment of systems and making recommendationsProviding leadership in the development of client safety and risk indicators, alert systems, and other risk prevention strategiesDeveloping communication strategies and engagement opportunitiesProviding consultation, guidance, and support to interprofessional teams on policies and protocolsEnsuring IPC standards are implemented in compliance with local, provincial, and federal legislationYour background includes:Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)Three (3) years’ recent relevant clinical experience in an acute or community setting, including two (2) years’ relevant experience in a designated clinical areaCompletion of post graduate course work and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical areaValid BC Driver’s License; access to a vehicle for business related purposesThis role is a full-time position serving the community of Surrey, BC.
