We are currently assisting a well-known Investment Manager recruit an experienced Global HR policy and process lead for their well thought of Legal HR team based in Surrey.The company in question have a fantastic employee wellbeing programme and have always hold their employees in high regard. This is showcased in the care they have shown their employees in the current climate as well as the exciting projects the HR team are responsible for.Reporting into Head of HR Legal Services you will be form part of the wider HR Legal team across the UK, Europe and Singapore. The main objective of this team is to provide comprehensive legal advice on employment related matters to the global employee base, delivering efficient solutions whilst managing legal risk. You will be responsible for ensuring that the HR global policies, procedures and processes are legally compliant in each local territory as well as being compliant on brand. The HR Legal department is essential in managing and investigating employee conduct matters, whistleblowing issues whilst ensuring consistency across a global level. The Human Resources Legal team also works closely with the D&I and Employee Engagement team in the design and implementation of new policies to continue to develop the employee wellbeing and experience.
