As an Financial Education Advisor, you look to connect with plan members in either a group setting or 1:1 to explain the options of their workplace retirement program and ensure they are maximizing the great benefit being offered to them and help them make informed choices.Working closely with the Client Relationship Manager and their clients, you will identify education opportunities for their population and define the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the initiative.You will take the lead in recommending the delivery method for the presentation as it may be in-person, virtual or in a recorded format or a combination of all three. Working with the client, you will establish the meeting schedule and as needed, will work with your team members to ensure coverage of all dates. You are responsible for delivering the content in an engaging and impactful manner to ensure employees understand the importance for savings for their defined goal – such as retirement – and fully understand their options during accumulation and when they are ready to receive an income. You are capable of adapting your message depending on the audience. You are a strong communicator who can take complex terms and terminology and simplify them for your audience.You are an active listener and look to ensure your message is resonating with the plan members.
