THE TEAM The mission of the Digital Experience Department is to design world class digital customer experiences balancing functionality, usability, and aesthetics. THE OPPORTUNITY As a member of the Digital Experience department, you will be part of the team responsible for creating an aspirational online shopping experience, setting the design direction for Aritzia.com throughout the accelerating growth of our eCommerce business. As the Senior Designer, Digital Experience you will take ownership of a portion of the customer experience, identifying opportunities and designing end-to-end experiences while solving for the perfect balance of functionality, usability and aesthetics to deliver Everyday Luxury experiences with every interaction. You will collaborate with a variety of cross-functional partners, including Digital Product Management, Technology, Analytics, Marketing, and Merchandising to consistently deliver customer and company value. THE ROLE As the Senior Digital Experience Designer, you will: Develop a user experience vision that delivers on our Everyday Luxury promise, playing an active role in the development and communication of strategic decisions on the design direction.
