Description Customer Service Coordinator Your success will be defined by your ability to: Processing a high volume of registrations on a daily basis Setting up company accounts and safety accounts Troubleshooting client issues and concerns Documenting phone calls and inputting in the system Booking appointments and conducting follow up calls Answering a high volume of phone calls Assisting customers with their account issues Providing customer solutions and strong customer service Calendar management at a high volume Your strengths include: 3+ years of customer service experience is required Experience in the construction industry is required Ability to learn new software quickly is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel is a must Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and timeliness Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work both independently, as well as part of a team Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills are mandatory
