Our platforms and services empower businesses around the world, allowing them to generate billions of dollars in transactions on an annual basis.  Our E-Marketplace team within our Jobboom product is looking for an accomplice to join its team as a specialist, Customer Experience in order to meet the needs of the market. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, you will work closely with the Account Managers as well as at times with our colleagues in the product and marketing teams to ensure a coordinated role in the offering and use of our services to our employer clients and candidate users. Main responsibilities: Assist account managers in the management and activation of client accounts; Respond to direct requests from clients and candidates in their use of the site (email 80%, telephone 20%); Orient clients and candidates in their use of the site and provide post-sale follow-up to our clients in order to optimize their customer experience; Analyze data and draw conclusions to optimize client accounts and campaigns; Provide support to our business customers and ATS partners; Collect, analyze and report user information to improve the quality of our product and service; Validate our broadcast mailings to ensure quality and reach criteria are met; Control the quality of the content on the site; Input of various data; Other related tasks. Desired profile: Good communicator; Bilingual (French-English) oral and written essential; Autonomous, resourceful and have the ability and desire to learn; Ability to manage priorities well; Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel); Very good knowledge of the Internet and social media (as a user);  Ability to solve technical and functional problems (Internet, basic computing); Team player. Qualifications: Two (2) years of customer service experience or other relevant experience; College degree; Previous experience working with Zendesk, JIRA and/or Google Ad Manager is an asset.
