Further your career and make a positive impact on the team with your fresh ideas and unique perspective!As a Client Coordinator in the Employee Benefits Division, you will provide exceptional administrative support for skilled consultants and the client service team.They offer flexible benefits options for you and your family as well as flexible scheduling/hours.What You’ll DoPrepare client deliverables including proposals, reports, spreadsheets and presentationsInvestigate benefit and plan inquiries/concerns, and find resolutionsUpdate and maintain information in databasePrepare quarterly claims experience letters for clientsAssist with updating calendars and managing travel bookings, coordinate meetingsOther administrative duties as required What You Bring2 years’ administration and/or office experienceDiploma in business/administration or similar field an assetEmployee Benefits experience is preferred but not required  Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)LLQP License an asset What’s In It For YouThey are offering a competitive salary in the $55-60K range, plus comprehensive tuition financing, matching RRSP contributions, flexible benefits options for you and your family, flexible scheduling/hours, progressive employee assistant program, mental/physical wellness initiatives and mileage reimbursement.
