The Role This exciting role will drive new business through; strategic prospect analysis, sales reporting, marketing campaigns, business planning, growth and strategy planning with Corporate Risk and Broking (P&C) in Leaders, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams.  He/she will collaborate with Corporate Risk and Broking Leadership, work closely with Financial Analysts (FA) as well as Marketing Segment team members on a daily basis. Accountabilities Business Development Meet with sales teams regularly to assist in; organizing prospecting strategy, campaign/marketing needs and new business forecasting Coordinate with CRDs (Client Relationship Directors) and LRMs (Lead Relationship Managers) to foster collaboration and support growth efforts Continuously evaluate market penetration and prospect assignment to ensure the right colleagues are driving the right prospects Tracking “at-risk” clients monthly to discuss and develop action plans to retain at-risk accounts  Maintain an accurate pipeline forecast incorporating revenue recognition protocols by collaborating with Financial Analysts  Act as a subject matter expert in our robust reporting platforms such as Epic, Power BI, Dynamics, etc. Participate in monthly sales growth meetings to discuss financials, important dates and sales topics relevant to the team Provide Dynamics training and support according to office needs and best practices across North America Campaign Analyst Maintain client and prospect contact lists in CRM (Client Relationship Manager) system to facilitate external marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness with the marketing team Update client contact lists to coordinate annual client satisfaction surveys Coordinate, analyze and deliver our intellectual capital readership among our clients and prospects with the marketing team to production  Partner with business segment and regional marketing to plan and execute CRB activities in market/region to drive growth themes through prospecting, webinars, drip marketing, events, etc. Establish an annual regional marketing calendar and communicate the latest marketing news and updates on weekly basis Promote campaign strategies per industry/product specialty Collaborate with segment and geography marketing for events, campaigns and thought leadership Monitor marketing initiatives to ensure compliance The Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required 3-5 years sales, financial or marketing experience preferred Advanced knowledge and training in Microsoft products Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Epic, Power BI and Microsoft Excel is helpful Excellent verbal and written communication skills and group presentation skills Excellent project management skills Basic knowledge of insurance industry preferred Strong relationship management skills, able to leverage internal and external relationships to bring WTW resources to support client and colleague needs Independent thinking and problem-solving skills WTW may be subject to mandatory employment-related COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
