Job DescriptionStore Financial Performance:* Contribute to store’s overall target by achieving productivity standards* Achieve or exceed personal sales targets that may vary depending on seasonalityVisual Merchandising & Operational Excellence:* Responsible for maintenance and execution of the Visual merchandise directives provided by Home office* Coordination and development of in store Visual guidelines and floor sets* Drive seasonal window and in store flips* Demonstrates innovation through the organization and display of Canada Goose’s products* Ability to adapt to sell through of products in a fast paced environment* Support in the upkeeping overall physical store maintenance and standards* Compliant of store operating procedures* Other responsibilities may be added to meet the needs of the businessEngagement:* Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork and partnership with brand ambassadors and store management team* Attend and participate in all store meetings and events* Support and facilitate in the training to ensure Brand ambassadors have the proper understand of product and brand history* Demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with Canada Goose’s cultureCustomer Experience:* Ensure an outstanding customer experience through product display reflecting customer trends, profile and seasonality* Drive our Net Promoter Score (NPS)Experience, Education and Designations:* Minimum of 2 years retail visual merchandising, preferably in a customer focused environment* Proven track record of in store merchandising* Experience working with affluent and luxury brands is an asset* High-volume traffic experience is an assetKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:* Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak and holiday)* Lifting and heights may be required for specific tasks and projects* Outstanding organizational and time management skills* Highly detail-orientated* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment* Good understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Self motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance* Basic skills in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel are an asset* Proficiency in another language is an asset
