Job purpose As the Sous Chef you will be responsible for providing structure and guidance to the daily kitchen operation. You shall possess a higher than average knowledge of the food and beverage industry and a strong passion to continue to learn new trends and ideas. You shall be confident in your abilities and be able to teach and mentor staff members.
