Adecco is currently recruiting for a Sr. Project Manager. This is a 1.9-year contract with Crown Corporation client located in Ottawa, ON. The opportunity is remote. The successful candidate must be eligible for a reliability level security clearance. The Sr. Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:Project Manager for all operational activities, action items, deliverables across all 6 releases, Support Program level reporting (HSBG is part of a larger PMO), Maintaining an overall timeline of activities and deliverable between many different stakeholders, Providing status update to the project team and impacted GMs, proactively raise risks and concerns, Work closely with stakeholders to ensure deliverable are meet, Facilitate cross functional meetings to identify project activities and dependencies, Create and maintain the MS project plan, Prepare and communicate schedule development process, key issues, and risks, andanalyze different scheduling scenarios and summarize results to project stakeholders. The Sr. Project Manager must meet the following mandatory requirements:University or College Degree in business Administration, engineering or equivalent, PMP certification is preferred, Minimum 5 years related experience, Must have proven experience using Project Management methodology, tools, best practices, and demonstrate the ability to bring these to a project that is in implementation, Must have demonstrated mastery of Microsoft project, including advanced resource leveling functions, Experience deploying SAP/ ERP projects is an asset, Must have experience in preparing and delivering presentations to a variety of stakeholders, Must have excellent working knowledge of the MS Office Suite- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Prior experience on technical equipment commissioning projects is preferred.If you are interested in applying to our Sr. Project Manager position, please submit your resume as soon as possible by clicking on the ‘Apply with Adecco’ button.CAB7616 @@j
