They are currently looking for a notary with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law to join their team of notaries and lawyers. On a daily basis, you will work on a variety of files. You will participate in the realization of files that stand out for their complexity. This is your chance to become a key player in this firm! YOUR ROLE: Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for the purchase and sale of commercial properties;Provide legal expertise in real estate-related matters, particularly in the area of financing;Conduct title searches and arrange for security interests;Provide legal advice and be the contact person for all matters related to real estate law;Collaborate and negotiate closely with various stakeholders both internally and externally to the firm.
