We have many years of experience in the installation and service of heating and cooling systems, water heaters, filtration, and insulation. Now, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. A successful candidate will lead our marketing employees, develop and execute marketing strategies, and increase our market share.
Position Details
Job Location: Unit #11-50 Mural Street, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1E4
Wage: $41.00 – $43.00 hourly
Benefit: Dental and extended benefit after 3 months of probation
Term of Employment: Full-time, permanent, 30 – 35 hours per week
Job Duties
Manage, administer and oversee the daily activities of marketing employees
Conduct market research to collect data and create analytical reports to understand the market trend
Lead the marketing team, develop online and offline marketing, advertising and promotion strategies and supervise the implementation
Track and evaluate the marketing performance and allocate more financial resources to marketing tactics with a higher return on investment
Determine and improve distribution channels for products and services to maximize revenue
Design practical survey questions and deliver to customers to reveal strengths and weaknesses in our products and services
Assist in our annual service performance evaluations and recommend employees for promotions
Create seasonal and annual reports to ensure adequate communication with the senior management
Provide accurate number on marketing expenses and revenue contributions, prepare and manage the marketing budget
Participate in hiring, training and motivating staff
Requirements
Minimum College’s diploma in business administration, management or related field
Five years or more of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar position, with at least three years of experience in product marketing
English reading, written and verbal skills
Ability to supervise 1-2 people
Team player, dependability, organized, reliability and effective interpersonal skills
Technical Requirements
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Web Conferencing
