Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
1-2 years relevant experience in the same field.
Job Duties:
Hiring, Training and Supervising staff; Planning menus
Ordering supplies; Handling customer enquiries and Resolving customer complaints
Taking reservations; Greeting and advising customers
Problem solving; Preparing and presenting staffingsales reports
Monitor staff performance and set staff work schedules
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Assessing and improving profitability; Handling administration and paperwork
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent customer service skills
