Salary: $28 – $30 an hour
B & D Montessori Learning Academy, established in year 2000, is an independent Montessori School located in Coquitlam, BC. Currently, we are seeking a Marketing and Enrollment Coordinator to join our team.
In this position, you will be expected to:
Ensure business goals are met by marketing initiatives
Create annual marketing plans and strategies
Develop and oversee marketing campaigns and advertisements on social media and printed publications
Manage business social media and online accounts
Track analytics for social media and website traffic
Cultivate business partnerships within the community
Perform Monthly and Quarterly Enrollment Analysis
Check in with students and parents to get feedback for marketing purposes
Schedule and conduct tours of the facility
Manage CRM system including follow-up correspondence with potential families
Minimal Requirements for this position:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalency
Marketing experience of 3 plus years
Familiarity with enrollment activities for schools or childcare centres
Experience working with children
Friendly, welcoming, outgoing personality required
Knowledge of education and educational standards
