Senior ERP Project Manager
MISSISSAUGA CLIENT REQUIRES A FULL TIME SENIOR ERP PROJECT MANAGER
MUST HAVE STRONG TIER 1 ERP PRODUCT EXPERIENCE
-Previous manufacturing/logistics/supply chain industry experience is a must as is extensive experience implementing ERP systems in those environments
-8+ years’ experience in IT project management, PMP certified
-Experience with related products such as EDI integration or Barcoding or Warehouse printer hardware, etc.
-Proficient in project management best practices, a highly effective communicator and experienced in dealing with managing complex projects
-Experienced with managing deployments of externally procured solutions and development through deployment of in-house built solutions
-Working project experience in cross-border companies with multiple sites Travel estimated at 10 – 20%, within North America
-Advanced project documentation, reporting and analysis skills
-Thorough knowledge of and experience in practically applying IT industry standards Computer proficiency in MS Office applications in particular – MS Project, MS Excel, MS Outlook, along with ability to quickly learn new applications
-Highly advanced ability to communication (written & oral), influence, persuade and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes
-Effective interpersonal skills and a strong client service focus including demonstrated flexibility and client advocacy
-Highly self-motivated and proactive
-Possesses a continuous improvement and quality mindset along with a desire to continuously seek and incorporate best practices and technologies to optimize project delivery and deliver value to the client
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Must be able to work under pressure.
-Strong detail and organizational skills.
-Excellent analytical, interpersonal and facilitation skills are required.
MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL THROUGH NORTH AMERICA, ESTIMATED AT 10-20% OF YOUR TIME.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE
