e are seeking 3 qualified Call Center Representatives for a 6-month assignment in Toronto with a top 5 bank!
Duration: 02/11/2019 to 08/10/2019
Mon – Fri 1-9pm; Saturdays 9am-8pm
As a Contact Centre representative, your job duties include but not limited to:
-Answering customer’s calls, determine issues and provide solutions and do follow up after the call
-Notify customers with claim investigation results and adjustments
-Escalation issues if nessacery
