Randstad Mississauga has an immediate opening for an Electronic Technician with SMT and Soldering experience. Our client is located in the Derry and Argentia area and is an industry leader in the sector of electronics and microscopes.
•Assemble and ITP products that are released for Production using small tools and soldering
•Assemble and Calibrate Radiometers for Production and/or Service (as per qualifications)
•Able to assemble Lamps and Sub-Assemblies
•Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?
•Post-secondary diploma or certificate (from a recognized educational institution) in a related discipline.
•Must have experience soldering through hole components, surface mount components, and installing resistors.
•Be able to assemble & ITP units within 2 different work stations.
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage priorities.
•Ability to analyze problems and drive solutions.
•Ability to work in a diverse workforce.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
