Our Mississauga partnered organization is looking for a Team Lead in their Mississauga manufacturing and production facility. Team Lead shall ensure that employees perform their work safely, efficiently. They provide support for all aspects of the business as requested or required. Location: Courtney park & Dixie Rd
Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am
Pay: 40,000-46,000/Year (Based on experience)
Job Type – Direct Hire – NO CONTTRACT!
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
-Managing a team of 5-15 people, responsible for order picking, packaging, monitoring performance of staff, providing direction to direct reports.
-Improving efficiencies and increasing production output with lower costs.
-Provide daily leadership and hands-on support for the department.
-Responsible for the daily operation and the work flow of the facility
-Ensures the proper handling of materials and all requirements are followed.
-Prioritizing work throughout the day for direct reports.
-Ensure Health and Safety Policies are in place and followed
-Shipping and Receiving product

-The Ideal candidate will have at least 2 to3 years of Warehouse Manufacturing or Production Experience
-The Ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT experience
-The Ideal candidate obtains Forklift licenses – Counterbalance
-Ability to problem solve and possess a sharp analytical mind
-MUST have people skills
-Excellent interpersonal and computer skills
-Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
