We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant (aka Inforce Policy Specialist). We are looking for talented, experienced, and driven candidates. Our client, a leading insurance and financial company, is looking for an action-oriented individual with, good mathematical aptitude, and strong organizational and customer service skills for their Waterloo office.
In this position, you would primarily be responsible for processing transactions that vary in level of complexity
As an Administrative Assistant (Inforce Policy Specialist), your responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing and/or processing incoming transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Receiving, sorting and delivering reports, contracts and various communications
• Processing simple transactions
• Providing strong customer service by means of email, phone and written letters to internal and external clients
• Other duties as required

• College diploma or related business experience
• Strong customer service experience
•Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong PC skills – including data entry, MS Word and MS Excel
