Looking to develop your professional experience as a Receptionist? We’re looking for personable individuals with previous experience as a receptionist to join our client, a leader in a leading distributor of electrical construction/industrial products, for their Edmonton NW office.

In this role, you will be responsible for :
*Answering multi-line phone system/Switchboard
*Greeting visitors and clients, and directing them to appropriate offices/individuals
*Making appointments
*Basic accounting, sales activity tracking, and reporting
*Using MS Excel and Outlook, and internal system
*Document management and sorting/processing mail
*Other administrative duties as needed

Work for a leader in a leading distributor of electrical construction/industrial products
Edmonton NW location
3 month contract
Monday to Friday
7:30am to 4:30pm
Lunch from 12pm to 1pm
Start date: asap

2+ Years of reception/front desk experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with switchboard or mutli-line phone system (experience with 5-20 lines)
Strong MS Office and PC skills
