MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
 Pick-up and delivery activity in assigned areas
 Warehouse activities as needed
 Responsible for internal and external customer satisfaction.
 Professional representation of DHL at all times, including maintenance and
vehicle presentation, uniform, waybills / product.
 Proactively manage the customer’s perception and level of satisfaction with our
a service.
 Collection and delivery of customer shipments on time.
 interact effectively with other customer service and operations members
teams.
 Alert the sales department of potential customer opportunities and / or
vulnerabilities.

Qualifications
 Bilingual French and English
 Valid Class 5 license – Clean driving record
 Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks.
 Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
 Supply current drivers abstract.
 Excellent interpersonal skills
