Support Officer- Markham 29804

Are you passionate about the banking sector and have active directory and customer service experience? Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for a Support Officer for a 12 month contract in Markham!

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shifts: Rotating shifts – Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job responsibilities of a Support Officer:
– Complete client requests
– Have expert knowledge surrounding tools and resources to troubleshoot the client requests
– Adhere to established guidelines and processes

Qualifications
Must haves:
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment, including overtime when required

– 2 years active directory
– 2 years customer service skills

Nice to haves:
– 2 years of Powershell
