Do you consider yourself a sharp, tech savvy Accountant who has great communication skills and has a knack for the little details? Our client located in the heart of Toronto is looking to bring on an intermediate Accountant for a 12 month sick leave, there are 5 different accounting groups where you would have the opportunity to work alongside some very bright leaders within the retail industry.
The chosen candidate will be accountable for:
-Month end duties
-Managing fixed assets and scheduling
-Monthly reconciliations
-Financial reporting discussions with management
-Balance sheet analysis
-Ensure compliance
-Provide insight on financial reports when management reviews business strategies
-Payroll support
-Budgeting & forecasting and adhoc reports
