Your role as part of the Software team is to develop and deliver functionality on a major system
As a Java Developer your experience includes:
• 5+ years of experience with Java which includes creating and modifying code and developing and maintaining software
• Object-oriented software design
• Experience with structured unit testing and regression testing
• University Degree in Computer Science / Engineering
As a Java Developer do you have knowledge/experience with some of the following:
o Docker and service orchestration frameworks
o Publish/Subscribe middleware
o Enterprise Integration Patterns
o Unit and end-to-end testing
o Various databases
o Best practice tools such as GitLab, JIRA and Jenkins
o Open-Source libraries for GIS, Logging, Micro-Service
o DevOps, Behavior Driven Development and Agile processes
o Experience with mentoring
You must qualify for a Security Clearance
