Bookkeeper (Part Time)
Are you an ambitious Bookkeeper seeking your next opportunity?
Our client in Mississauga is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to assist them with a temporary opportunity. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for processing day-to-day transaction such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries and completing the required reconciliation work. In addition, you will need to be required to prepare the payroll and completion of the GST and PST filing.
– Advanced knowledge in Sage 50/SimplyAccounting
– Processing full cycle Accounts Payable
– Processing full cycle Accounts Receivable
– Producing Payroll and completing GST & PST filing
– Month End closing which will include reconciliation of accounts to the General Ledger, bank reconciliations and
– Minimum required experience of 3 to 5 years
– Expert user of Sage50
– Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
