Site Superintendent – ICI Construction – $90-100k

Are you a Site Superintended – experience looking for a challenging position with high visibility and large impact on the company success?
Do you have experience in a General Contractor environment managing multiple projects from A to Z?


What will you be doing in this role?

Our client is an entrepreneurial company providing full solution for acquisition, development and management of real estate assets. Working on the General contractors division in the ICI space the Project Manager will work on multiple projects simultaneously from A to Z. The selected will liaise between the customer, consultants and sub-trades.

• 100% onsite presence
• manage sub-contractor, consultant and vendor relationships
• work with project team to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• ensure H&S standard are met
• report on all site activity

What do you bring to the role?

• 5-7 years experience managing ICI project sites
• ideally holding Gold Seal Certification
• diplomatic with excellent relationship skills – able to drive a project forward

Compensation package

• Salary range $90-100,000 per year based on experience
• Discretionary Bonus

• 3 weeks vacation
