Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Are you fluent in French and English? Do you enjoy helping people and providing good customer service? If so, you would be a great candidate for our client, a large bank holding company specializing in credit cards and other banking products, as a Customer Service Representative for their North York office.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with both internal and external customers by providing order entry and loan servicing support over the phone.

shifts : 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Must be bilingual in French and English
Previous experience in call centre environment
Minimum 6 months exp in back-office environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and math skills
Strong PC skills
