-You will develop strong relationships across the organization, working collaboratively with clients, peers and key leaders to drive results for your team, the department and clients.
-This position will manage a Managed Service Provider (RPO) Program Team which will own the day-to-day responsibility for service delivery to an assigned account(s).
-You will lead and motivate a team of direct reports to achieve amazing performance goals.
-You’ll work closely with the executive management team to set and develop business strategies.
-You will draw insights from analytics to make our people process smarter and more efficient.
-You will use your strong communication skills to tell rich, meaningful stories using data and influence decisions.
-Achieve results as defined in annual account budget
-Manage work load and scheduling to support all assigned accounts
•BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
•Fully bilingual in French and English
•3 – 5 years of experience in internal recruiting management role or Staffing Management experience with demonstrated success in building out, leading or managing teams of high-performing individuals.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
•Proven track record of developing recruiting professionals at all levels
•Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships;
•Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
•Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
•Strong management skills ,including people development and team building
•RPO experience either as the RPO or as a Supplier (an asset)
