This role will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers to gauge their interest in an event being held by our client.

what you will be doing

• making outbound calls to existing customers
• sell and promote to existing and prospect clients primarily over the phone
• develop sales strategies to up sell current exhibitors who are eager to sponsor the events
• making outbound calls to existing customers
• qualifying them for attendance to an event (asking scripted questions to gauge their interest in the event)
• keeping detailed account of the conversations
• keeping an accurate list of clients invited to the event

what you NEED to be successful in this role:

• Bacherlor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• 3 or more years in any sales related setting, manufacturing or tradeshow organization would be preferred
ability to prioritize and multi-task
• good judgment of character
• personable and charismatic with amazing written and verbal communication skills
• confident in computer environment including MS Office (Word, Excel)
• ability to manage escalations and respond to concerns and complains in a professional manner
• bilingual (English/French) would be an asset
