Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative

We are currently recruiting for several Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representatives in Kitchener where you can put your skills and passion to great use. In this role, you will assist customers with their banking needs in a professional manner while handling sensitive issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound inquiries related to banking products and services (from loans, mortgages, line of credit, etc).
