Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Group Benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client in Kitchener. Seeking for candidates with strong communication and customer service skills.

In this position, you will be receiving Group Disability Claim inquiries via phone and/or e-mail.

In this role you will be responsible for:
– Handling incoming and outgoing calls in French and English
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email etc, and data entry.
– Ensure call centre inbound calls are answered while maintaining focal point for customer relations.
– Liaising with customers and other departments to solve problems.

Qualifications
– Must be bilingual in French and English
– Strong customer service skills and experience in call centre is a must
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong keyboarding skills
– Able to work in a fast consistent work environment
