what you will be doing

• Receive donations over phone and input customer’s details in the system
• Respond to a variety of customer inquiries regarding the organization
• Register and update customer information in software for new customers
• Create and manage new orders
• Obtain credit card information and process payments over the phone for customers
• Organize and file all paperwork related to the orders
• Provide exceptional customer services to current customers and new ones
• Order and manage office supplies and manage maintenance of the office machines
• Create and manage new orders

what you NEED to be successful in this role:

• High School diploma
• 3 to 5 years of Customer Service experience
• ability to prioritize and multi-task
• good judgment of character
• personable and charismatic with amazing written and verbal communication skills
• confident in computer environment including MS Office (Word, Excel)
• ability to manage escalations and respond to concerns and complains in a professional manner
