CX Design leads

CX/Customer Experience Lead and UX Strategist
Our client is currently seeking 4 CX Designer. As a Customer Experience Lead, you will be asked to be part of a Digital Transformation within a company that is located in more than 185 countries. You will lead the Digital transformation Practice of a brand new team of 26 people.

Drive user experience design from end-to-end, including discovery, ideation, conception, detailed design, prototypes and validation across multiple products and areas
Create and influence the creation of elegant user experiences that facilitate the capture of business impact
Work closely with client digital unit leadership and Product Owners along with brands, marketing and business stakeholders to design and deliver customer-centric user experiences


Lead a team of UX/UI Designers in providing engaging and intuitive user experiences for digital products (may be position as a coach and not a people leader)
Lead user research, persona development, user journey mapping, usability testing,
contextual inquiry, and task analysis
Champion user-centered design practices when solving design requests and challenges
Constantly monitor analytics, customer feedback, digital entertainment leaders and best practices
in order to practice insight-driven optimization and innovation
Collaboratively work with Product Leads, Product Owners to understand their digital product roadmaps
and requirements and to ensure UX is tightly integrated into the roadmaps
Work with cross-functional product development teams to build designs that meet those requirements –
including design specification documents, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
Develop, communicate and enforce user experience guidelines for each of our digital solutions
